Our favorite method is soaking it in water for a few minutes then letting it sit to dry on a towel and lightly wiping it with a soft cloth.

Non-Custom Jewelry: All non-personalized items ship out the next business day.
Custom Jewelry: All personalized items are handmade to order and require 1–2 weeks for production, followed by 2–5 business days for shipping.
As each piece is crafted to your specifications, we kindly ask that you allow the full timeframe above to receive your order. We work hard to ensure your jewelry arrives exactly as you envisioned.
Shipping Notification: Once your customized jewelry is ready, you’ll receive an email with a shipping notification and tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
