How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed. If your order has already shipped out, we can no longer cancel it and will have to treat it as an exchange. If you would like to cancel your order, please email our Customer Service Team at support@gemsmode.com and make sure to include your order number and full name the order was placed under.
How do i pay for orders?
Gemsmode accepts various payment methods, including Paypal, Shop Pay, and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
WHERE DO I INTER A PROMO CODE?

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No, we only accept 1 discount code per transaction.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used for Collab items.
When will my order be processed?
Custom Jewelry:
Our production time on Personalized items is 7-10 business days. Once completed, we package your items and ship them out the next business day.
Non-Custom Jewelry:
For ordinary jewelry items that don't require customization, they will typically be shipped on the next business day after the order has been placed and confirmed. This means that once you place your order and it is processed, the jewelry will be prepared for shipping and dispatched on the following business day.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Custom Jewelry:
Handmade personalized jewelry orders require a production process, and as such, they take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. Since each piece is meticulously handcrafted, this timeframe accounts for the time needed to create these unique items. Although delivery may not be immediate, rest assured that we prioritize quality and attention to detail in every order. In many cases, customers receive their orders much sooner than expected. Our team strives to expedite the process whenever possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Non-Custom Jewelry:
For Non-custom jewelry, the delivery time is considerably shorter, typically taking 4-5 business days to arrive after the order has been shipped. As these items are readily available and do not require customization, they can be dispatched more quickly.
How can i track my delivery?

I have purchased the wrong color or size?
Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges for size or color.
I have received a defective item, what should i do?
Please open and examine the items you have purchased immediately after receiving your order. You must report a damaged item within 24 hours of when your tracking says you received your order. Please contact us at support@gemsmode.com with a picture of the product. In the rare case that you do receive a damaged item, we offer free replacements.
What is your return policy?
Custom Jewelry:
Due to their custom nature, all personalized items are considered final sale. However, if you receive an item that may be defective, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@gemsmode.com. We'll be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund.
Non-Custom Jewelry:
We provide the option for returns on Non-custom Jewelry if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
